DOS posted the May 2023 Visa Bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on potential EB-1 retrogression, EB-2 retrogression, visa availability for EB-2, EB-3, EW, and EB-5, and more. Additionally, USCIS determined that applicants in all family-sponsored preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart and applicants in all employment-based preference categories must use the Final Action Dates chart.
