The U.S. Department of State has published the Visa Bulletin September 2024, establishing per-country cut-off dates to regulate immigrant visa availability and processing Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications and consular Immigrant Visa application filings and approvals. To be considered “current,” the priority date of a person applying for permanent residence must be before the cut-off date specified in the monthly Visa Bulletin.

The Visa Bulletin September 2024 retains the India EB-1 cut-off date of February 1, 2022. EB-2 India’s cut-off date remains on July 15, 2012. No forward movement has occurred in the EB-3 India category, which will stay on October 22, 2012. and The Final Action dates and Dates for Filing for other employment-based categories will remain unchanged.
