Jan 2022 – Immigration Update

The first is around visa interview waiver, which would reduce the processing time for people serving for extensions under H, L, O, P, Q and student visa categories. In contrast, the second update is on the rule change in the H1B lottery process. The new update replaces the ruleset during the Trump era of prioritizing the lottery based on the wage level the registration would fall.
