6th December 2019 was when USCIS first announced the implementation of an electronic registration process for employers seeking to file H1-B cap-subject petitions for the fiscal year 2021. Since then, there have been three H1-B cap seasons, and the current one is the fourth one, for which the registration window is made public on 1st March 2023. The petitioners can now do that until 17th March 2023 at noon EST.
