For March Employment based cases, USCIS will look at the Final Action Date table. The Employment changes to the Final Action dates are as follows:

Employment-Based, EB1 Category

EB1 India’s final action date moves forward to October 1, 2020. China moves forward to July 15, 2022. All other countries of chargeability remain current.

Employment-Based, EB2 Category

No change for India and China’s cutoff dates. For all other countries, the date moves forward to November 22, 2022.

Employment-Based, EB3 Category

There is no movement in the EB3 category for India or China. The EB3 cutoff date for all other countries moves ahead to September 8, 2022.

Employment-Based, EB4 Category

The cutoff dates for all countries advance to December 1, 2019.

Employment-Based, EB5 Category

In the EB5 category, China’s unreserved cutoff date remains the same as last month. India’s unreserved cutoff also remains the same. EB5 remains current for all other EB5 categories and countries of chargeability.
