You should file an extension if you have not already done so, as your I-94 date has already expired. You should then go to CBP and have that I-94 corrected.
at POE CBP office gave I94 admit until petition end date 08/25 but passport ends on 06/24, called CBP Deffered inspection site and they advised to come in person and make the correction so that I94 reflects admit until reflects passport end date, as it is a mistake by officer and may cause problem at later stage while filling extensions.So not sure if it needs to be corrected?
