Hello, I was in US from Mar-2007 till Oct-2011 on H1 B Visa and my green card application status is current. I am not with the employer who filed my green card and moved to UK. I am planning to move back to the US and understand that i need to file a H1 B Visa to move and transfer green card application. Please can you let me know if I am cap exempt? And what process I can follow to move back to the US and get the green card.
