You have to submit additional paper work to show your identity, they want to make sure the same person that filed the registration filed the H-1b. You should be able to overcome this issue and file a H-1.
Hello, My H1 lottery got picked up for 2024 year, bu there is a mistake in passport number. where last two digits 56 was given as 65. Can the employer raise an amendment for this case and will this work out for further process or my h1b lotter will become void? Please let me know.
