Hi, I have an approved I-140 (PD 2016) from my current employer and I have been doing H1B extensions based on that after crossing 6 years. If I transfer H1 to a new employer, can I still file H1B extensions with the new employer based on approved I-140 from old employer? Or is it mandatory that I need to have an approved I-140 with the new employer to file H1B extensions in the future? Please advise.
