As long as you have a valid visa that has not expired at the time of reentry and your Program is still continuing, you can come back into the country using that Visa, after your vacation.
Hi, I have an M1 visa. In my I90 form the program start/end date is august 15 2022- august 15 2023. I would like to go back to my home country temporarly after this semester. so earlier than my visa expires. What do I have to do? What is the process ? Is it between only me and the school? Do I have the 30 days grace period? will it have any consequencesif I ever want to come back to the US in the future as a visitor or with an other visa? Thank you! Klaudia Kovacs
