if you are outside the country you can apply at the consulate when you are called for an interview.
Hi madam, I’m an F4 visa applicant, and my son will turn 21 by 2025. Once he crosses 21, the law won’t permit issuing a green card to him. So, I need to apply for CSPA. My question is, can I apply through the USCIS or NVC website ? If yes, please let me know the process.
