Looks like you are cap exempt so you can file for a H-1 with an immediate start date.
Hi, my LCA got certified as start date July 1st 2024. Planning to apply the change of status for H1b from F1 Stem opt with previous approval copy of consular H1b. May I know what the start date of H1b if it get approved ?
