Hi Prashanthi, i had a question regarding H1B to L1A conversion. I am currently in US from last 2 years on H1B. I have been with the same company from last 14 years and i have held the managerials positions before coming to US. I wanted to know if it is possible to move from H1B to L1A. I have all the documents required to support my managerial position.
