I am 34 years old married with 2 kids, am owner of business in Pakistan that’s established for 34 years plus with 150 employees. The business is a provider of Education services in Pakistan and has 5 branches/campuses in Pakistan ( 3 on franchise and 2 owned). I have British and Pakistani Passport . My inquiry is that can I set up a branch or a company in the USA as a subsidiary of my Pakistani business and transfer myself to the on a L1 business ( with point of view to set up the business in the USA and act as the first employee). Or what other options can I exercise that can lead to ultimately getting a green card like a H1 visa that can be transferred into a green card somehow.
