Hello you don’t need COVID vaccination to file a change of status from H-1 to F-1.
I am a 55 year-old Canadian citizen, presently in the U.S. on a F1 Visa until 2024, in a college A.A. program. However, I also have an MBA, and 20+ years experience as a Management Consultant working with Fortune500 companies in the U.S. and Canada. If I am offered a position in the U.S. and the company will sponsor my H1B Visa, does the DHS require that I get a Covid Vaccine, in order to change my status from F1 to H1B–noting I am already in the U.S. (entered in 2020).
