You can remain in the country as long as your H-4 continues to be pending. You will be in pending status.
I have submitted H4 extension (no EAD) on 10th Aug 23 based on H1B approval. The submission is passed around 220 days but still not received approval. I94 expiry was 4th Sep 23 . what is the max limit of stay when H4 is submittee, Do i need to apply premium if the stay is maxing out.
