Yes you can. But I don’t understand the advantage of having a masters for a H-1 unless you are filing your case under the masters cap. This degree would be useful to fall into the eb-2 category for your green card processing.
I need a small assistance. I am a H1B VISA holder with an MBA degree from India 20 years back . If I do a 22 months’ Executive MBA in the USA, can I use that degree as the highest education for my next VISA extension? Please suggest !
