Hello Yes we can use two work locations in the LCA. The higher of the two prevailing wages have to be paid.
I was selected in the H1B lottery for 2024. My employer is hiring me for a fully remote job and I will be working out of my home in California. The headquarters of the company is in Austin., Texas. While filing for LCA and later the H1B petition, can my employer use my home CA address as the primary work location (and the Texas location as secondary)? Thank you very much for your help.
