In order to get back to H-1 status you will have to leave the country and come back on H-1
If I choose to use GC EAD vs H1B and my H1B is active (not withdrawn), can H1B be used for a fallback option in case my I-485 gets denied because if this is possible I will not have to leave country immediately and can appeal or do something since H1B was active? Thank you very mich.
