In these cases we are waiting for the priority date to become available and nothing can be done, as Govt limits the number of GC numbers given out every year and every country gets the same percentage of numbers. That’s why the wait is many years. And F 4 category has the longest wait as there are many applicants and the same limited numbers.
I’m a F4 GC applicant. My priority date is 08-NOV-2011, my sister living in New York, USA, sponsor for me and my brother. Our case at present is with NVC. It’s more than 12 years but not much improvement in processing, but my brother’s son and my son are in a couple of years, will soon be around 21 years, Is there any possibility to expedite our case madam.
