Yes you can. You might want to cancel your h-1 appointment request and apply for a H-4 visa request.
My husband’s H1B Visa interview successfully completed. And he will travel to USA in 4 months. My H1B visa interview still pending. So can I go on H4 Visa and transfer to h1b from h4 if and when ever it is required in USA?
