I don’t see any issue here, as long as you have a valid visa to re- enter the Inited States you can. Weather the timing works out or not, depends on how long the visa takes to get approved, if it goes into admin processing it can take longer.
My wife and I are currently in the US on our H1B/H4 visas, which expire on 9th August. Our renewal H1B/H4 visas from 9th August 2024 to 8th August 2027 have been approved. Would there be any issues if we plan on going to our home country in mid-June, have our new H1B/H4 visa stamped by end June, and then fly back to the US in early July – basically a month before the end of our current H1B/H4 visa (and the start of our new H1B/H4 visa)?
